Somehow they forgot that they are located IN California and California does not allow indoor cigarette smoking. I asked to talk to his manager but never got a chance to talk to him/her. I asked him again why and he gave me the same answer. Later, the smoker left our table and we all requested to have our table to be non-smoking and once again he said NO.

I asked why and his answer was, there was a table near by (a different game) which was non-smoking and thus he would not permit our table to be non-smoking. I asked the pit boss whether we could have this table non-smoking and his answer was NO.
